Barry Ross – Managing Director

Barry has been in the building industry for over 40 years. Starting with a carpentry apprenticeship, Barry soon climbed the ladder to site foreman / manager and then onto the role of Project Manager for a medium sized commercial Queensland Builder, whom he remained with for over 30 years. During this time, he gained extensive knowledge and experience in all facets of construction, ranging from onsite management to contract administration. Barry has also been removing asbestos for over 20 years.

Qualifications:

  • Trade Certificate in Carpentry & Joinery
  • Registered Builder
  • DM2 Demolition License
  • A Class Asbestos Removal License
  • Workplace Health & Safety Officer

Paul Ross – Director

Paul has been in the building industry for 14 years, joining Allstruct on a full time basis in 2010. Starting as a cadet whilst attending university, he then progressed to Contract Administrator and then onto Project Manager for both medium and large scale commercial builders. Paul has experience in Estimating, Cost Planning, Cost Control, Programming, Contract Administration and Project Management with projects to the value of $17,000,000.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management)
  • A Class Asbestos Removal Licence
